Individuals who donate become voting members of the society and are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.
Those members elect the Board of Directors who oversee the day-to-day operation of Vancouver Airport Chaplaincy.
Doners also receive the audited financial statements at the Annual Meeting or by request and establish the annual budget.
Most VAC supporters send a small check every month - many of VAC's faithful frends have done so every month since 1983!
Some people make an annual donation, by mail or in person.
A few people designate all or part of their United Way contribution to Vancouver Airport Chaplaincy.
